    Shipping & Delivery Policy for Products
    We ship to all cities of India.
    For domestic (India) buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only. Orders are shipped within 2 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company norms. Pet Studios Inc (Woofsnwags.in) is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 2 working days from the date of the order or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only always (Unless specified at the time of Order). Pet Studios Inc (woofsnwags.in) is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
    Shipping Charge of Rs.49 is applicable on every order. FREE Shipment on the order of Rs.500/- and above.
    Rs.50 applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method and COD facility is available for Order Value under INR 3000/-
    No extra cost will be levied if paid by wallets like Paytm and Freecharge
    In India, some state governments levyOctroi charges when the product enters the state.
    The Octroi charge is payable by the recipient at the time of delivery. The courier will collect the Octroi amount from the recipient at the time of delivery.
    Return and Exchange Policy
    Squad at Woofsnwags wants their friends to be happy with their shopping experience, therefore, we have found that most exchanges can be avoided by knowing your pet well before ordering. Add the size details of your Woof, so we have a better understanding of what and how your woof wants to be pampered. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
    If there is a problem or concern with your purchase,
    • Please email us within 3 days of receiving the product on woofs@woofsnwags.in • We will schedule an Exchange authorization number. • Please send back the item to be exchanged within 7working days of receipt of Exchange Authorization number along with the exchange form: Download Here(need another link to this form) • Don’t miss out to return the product within 7 working days, we won’t be able to exchange the item under any circumstances. Moreover, send us the courier bill in advance so we can track the parcel for your convenience.

    Do note:
    Cash Refunds are not done by the WoofsnWagssquad, butthey are sent to you in the form of shop credit or product/size exchanges. • Items eligible for exchange need to be in their original condition, brand new, unused/unworn, with all tags and packaging attached, free of odors or stains, pet hair, unwashed and in resell-able condition.
    • ***For exchanges on collars: Please do not ship collars back to us buckled up- this stretches out the hole and the collar will be considered non-returnable.
    • If the purchase price of goods chosen in lieu of the returned goods is less than that of the returned goods, no refund will be given; and if the goods chosen in lieu of the returned goods exceed that of the returned goods the difference will be borne by the purchaser.
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on exchanged items. We do not reimburse shipping charges. The shipping charge for the exchanged product must be incurred by the customer (both while sending back to us as well as when we send the exchanged item to you).
    • Pet Studio Inc is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments, and/or unclaimed shipments.
    Due to strict health reasons, no returns and exchanges can be accepted on certain items including Toys, beds, custom orders, bakery items, and clearance/sale items. These items are considered a final sale and cannot be exchanged for any reason. We apologize for the inconvenience.
    Defective or Wrong Item Shipped
    We will happily exchange a defective product or a wrong item that has been shipped out. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a promptly assistance.
    Pet Studio Inc is not responsible for issuing refunds on merchandise due to wear from your pet. The determination as to whether or not, an item is defective (due to wear from your pet or otherwise) is at the sole discretion of Pet Studio Inc.
    Cancellations by Pet Studio Inc
    Pet Studio Inc has a right to cancel or refuse the order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.For you to cancel an order, there is a time of 24 hours from the time you place the orde. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount with-in 15-20 working days.

    While Woofnwags.in endeavors to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Woofnwags.in cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Woofnwags.in shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. If an item is mis-priced, Woofnwags.in may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and Woofnwags.in will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that Woofnwags.in accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to Woofnwags.in dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we must cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account.
